You can publish the Audio and Video Player on pages and posts, inserting the shortcode code into their contents: [cpm-player id="1"]
Or you can insert the shortcode directly into the templates with a piece of code similar to:
<?php print do_shortcode('[cpm-player id="1"]'); ?>
To generate the players directly into the webpage, you don't need to define an id, but you should generate the playlist as part of the shortcode:
[cpm-player skin="ball-skin" width="100%" playlist="true" type="audio"]
[cpm-item file="http://www.wp42.local/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/1.mp3"]The Only Place[/cpm-item]
[cpm-item file="http://www.wp42.local/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/2.mp3"]Þú ert sólin[/cpm-item]
[cpm-item file="http://www.wp42.local/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/3.mp3"]You[/cpm-item]
[/cpm-player]
The skin attribute determines the skin to use with the player, type if it is a video or audio player. Every item is defined with [cpm-item] shortcode, where the file attribute includes the URL to the media file, and the text between the open and close shortcode the text to display in the playlist.
Go to the webpage with the comparison of features in every version of the plugin.
In the player's settings there is the list of skins available for your version of the plugin, you simply should select the skin to use with the player that is being edited.
If the players are being defined directly in the webpage, select the skin through the skin attribute in the [cpm-player] shortcode. The player's skins are: ball-skin, bar-skin, beau-skin, blue-skin, button-skin, classic-skin, fine-skin, playpause-skin, steel-skin and stylized-skin
Each skin has its particularities, and a recommended width and height (the values are shown below the corresponding entry boxes). It is recommended to enter a height equal or greater than recommended height.
We offer a custom coding service to create new skins or edit the existent ones. Visit the following link: Customization Service.
The Audio and Video Player accepts you enter only one file for selling. If you want selling multiple files you should to create a zipped file with the audio or video files for selling and upload it to the website, and associate it to the player.
There are different reasons why your buyers are not receiving the notification emails with the download links:
The IPN (Instant Payments Notifications) is not enabled in your PayPal account. If the IPN is disabled in your PayPal account the PayPal does not notify to the website about the payments, in whose case the plugin does not know a product was sold, and does not send the emails.
The IPN is enabled in your PayPal accouunt but the payment status is different to "Completed" (please, look the IPN history in your PayPal account). If the payment status is different to complete, the plugin does not send the notification emails to protect the the website against frauds.
The previous conditions are satisfied. Please, check the email address entered as the "From" header of notification email, and the requirements of your hosting provider. Our recommendation in this case is ask the hosting provider the hostname and access to the SMTP server, and then, install and configure in your website, any of the SMTP connection plugins distributed for free in the WordPress directory.
Please, check the memory allocated and the excution time to the PHP script in your web server. If these values are not sufficient, please, contact to your hosting provider to be increased.
Unfortunatelly, every browser support different format of audio and video, for this reason the plugin allows to enter different audio or video files for a same playlist item, only pressing the "Add another one" button, corresponding to "Songs/Videos" attribute.
Depending on the browser where the player is openned, the plugin select the audio file supported by it.
The list of audio files supported by browsers, is available in the following link:
